► Features
Image Sharpness Control: By rotating the ring, the user translates the internal lens assembly longitudinally. This adjusts the focal point to ensure the endoscopic image is perfectly sharp on the camera's CCD/CMOS sensor.
Parfocal Capability: In Parfocal Zoom models, the focus ring allows the user to set the focus once; the image then remains sharp even as the user adjusts the zoom (magnification) level.
Universal Compatibility: It allows the camera head to adapt to various rigid and flexible endoscopes, compensating for different eyepiece focal lengths and optical variances.
Ergonomic Handling: The ring features a knurled (textured) surface to provide tactile feedback and high friction, allowing surgeons to make precise adjustments with a single finger, even when wearing wet surgical gloves.
